Accessibility
Last updated: 3 October 2026
We want this calculator to be usable with a keyboard, on smaller screens and with assistive technology. It uses labelled inputs, keyboard-operable controls, visible focus states, adjustable text and text-based results.
Using the calculator
Use Tab to move between controls and Shift+Tab to move back. You can type numbers directly into input fields. Your browser's zoom and text-size controls can enlarge the page. Error messages are shown in text, and the main journey total is announced when it changes.
Known limitations
Third-party map links and websites have their own accessibility arrangements. Live route and station searches depend on external services; manual distance and price entry remain available. This first build has not had an independent accessibility audit or a full assistive-technology assessment, so we do not claim conformance certification.
Report a problem
Email info@impactseo.co.uk with the page, problem and browser or assistive technology involved. Tell us the format or adjustment that would help, and we will consider a reasonable alternative.
